It takes a lot of courage and it’s quite brave to reach out for help and make a phone call to schedule an appointment for counselling when you need support.

My philosophy on the journey to a path made clear for healing, is meeting you where you’re at in life. Together, we can create this path and tailor it to your personal needs and wants. We’ll work collaboratively to address your concerns which may be currently disruptive to your life, such as emotion regulation, coping skills, trauma, etc. I will walk alongside you and at your pace offering a safe and gentle approach.
